Big News: I’ve Launched My Coaching & Consulting Practice
I’m so excited to share some news … I’ve officially launched my coaching and consulting practice!
Earlier this year, I completed the Leadership Coaching Certificate program at the University of San Diego, an ICF Level 2 accredited program. Earning my certification has been a meaningful milestone after more than a decade working in consulting, recruiting, entrepreneurship, and career advising. Those experiences gave me a front-row seat to the challenges people face in fast-changing workplaces and life transitions, and they’ve deeply shaped how I show up for my clients today.
My passion for coaching really took root while supporting purpose-driven professionals in my tenure as a recruiter, and was compounded working with undergraduate and graduate students at USD. I discovered how much I love guiding people through periods of uncertainty and transition and moments when clarity feels just out of reach, and the next step isn’t clear. I saw firsthand the power of creating space for reflection, growth, and action.
Now, I get to bring that passion forward in my own practice. I work with people who are navigating:
A career change or new role
Stepping into leadership for the first time
Realigning their work with personal values
A crossroads in life or business where the way forward feels uncertain
What I love most about this work is witnessing the shift that happens when someone feels supported, seen, and empowered. Coaching helps you uncover what’s really getting in the way, clarify your vision, and move forward with confidence and purpose. It’s not just about solving today’s challenge but about building the tools, awareness, and resilience to navigate whatever comes next.
