Hi, I’m Julia Turpit.
Before stepping into coaching, I spent over a decade in the corporate world as a consultant and recruiter, working with professionals at all career stages, from entry-level hires to executives. My career has been fast-paced, fulfilling, and transformational, and those experiences deeply inform how I support my clients today.
Coaching undergraduate and graduate students at the University of San Diego confirmed how much I love guiding individuals through meaningful transitions. Since then, I’ve combined my consulting experience with coaching to help people navigate the uncertainty that often comes with change, whether they’re shifting careers, stepping into leadership, considering a next step such as going back to school or retiring, or launching a new venture.
My clients range from teachers and recent graduates to managers and business owners. What they share is a drive to grow and a moment of transition they don’t want to navigate alone. I help them get grounded, clarify their next steps, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
Beyond professional training, I bring the perspective of someone who has walked through many of the same transitions my clients face. I have built businesses, worked within organizations, supported friends and colleagues through change, and learned to honor my sensitivity along the way. Those experiences shape how I show up with empathy, groundedness, and a deep commitment to growth.
