Coaching is working with the whole person (emotions and beliefs are welcome), in addition to the problem or topic. While consulting offers expert solutions, coaching empowers you to uncover your own insights, tap into your own strengths, and create a path forward that feels aligned with your values.

  • Sessions are conversational, client-centered, and tailored to your goals. They are typically 1 hour. Together, we explore what’s holding you back, clarify what you want, and create a plan of action. You’ll leave with practical next steps and a sense of momentum.

  • Yes! Sessions take place via Zoom or phone call, making coaching accessible wherever you are.

  • Coaching is offered through multi-session packages. Consulting is offered through single sessions. Pricing is shared after our complimentary consultation call where we determine the best fit for your needs.
